rareESSENCE will accept a return on any product purchased by a direct consumer within 30 days. As with all rareESSENCE products, if you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to rareESSENCE for a full refund through our contact form or via email at sales@rareESSENCEaromatherapy.com.
NOTE: For purchases made at a retailer other than on the rareESSENCE website, please check with the store to follow their return policy.
International Shipping Policy
Currently we are not set up for international orders outside of the United States. Please check back with us in the future to see if we have expanded our distribution in your location.
Returned Shipments Policy
Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us. If your shipment is undeliverable for any reason and returned to rareESSENCE, we will issue a full refund for the products and notify you.
rareESSENCE provides tracking numbers via email for all orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to track orders and ensure delivery is possible to the address provided. To avoid any missing or stolen packages, please make sure you are available to receive the package on the estimated delivery date.
Free Shipping Policy
Free USPS/UPS Ground Shipping valid for online purchases of $75 or more. Eligible customers must select this option in checkout in order to receive free shipping. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.
Expedited Shipping: Orders received will usually ship within 1 business day. rareESSENCE reserves the right to hold orders or delay shipping if product is temporarily out of stock or there is any problem or concern with the information provided during the order process.
UPS/USPS Ground: Guarantees Delivery within 2-6 business days in the continental United Sates (not available to Int’l, Alaska or Hawaii locations).
UPS Two Day: Delivery within 2 business days to most U.S. locations (not available to Int’l locations).
UPS Standard Overnight: Next business day delivery (not available to Int’l locations, Alaska or Hawaii).
rareESSENCE will promptly process all orders with the requested shipping option. However, we cannot guarantee that UPS and USPS shipments will arrive on a specific date and any shipping disputes may need to take place directly with UPS or USPS.
